Chromebooks and school WiFi
CPS-issued Chromebooks will automatically connect to the CPS-Equip WiFi at all the schools except CRLS.
At CRLS the Chromebooks will automatically connect to Chromebooks.
The password for the Wi-Fi is pushed to the Chromebooks through our management console.
If your CPS-issued Chromebook is not automatically connected to the WiFi, you should connect your Chromebook to the Public Wi-Fi for a few minutes so that the credentials for the CPS-Equip or Chromebooks Wi-Fi are pushed out to your Chromebook automatically. The Public Wi-Fi is available in the cafeterias and library at CRLS.
If your Chromebook does not connect after this process you may need to powerwash it so that it gets enrolled into our CPS Google console.
