Q. How do I log into Aspen?

A. Use this link to get to the login page. https://aspen.cpsd.us/aspen/logon.do

Parents -the email address that you provided to the school is your username. It should be entered in lowercase. Your initial password is sent home in a welcome to Aspen letter from your child's school.

 

Q. Where do I get my username and password?

A. Parents are mailed home a 'Welcome to Aspen' letter from their child's school or Learning Community

Q. I don't know my username. What should I do?

A. Parent usernames are the email address they provided the school, entered in lowercase.

Q. I don't know my password. What do I do?

A. Parents should call or email their child's school. Parents can also enter their username and use the Aspen password recovery feature by entering their username and clicking 'I Forgot My Password'

 

Q. I had my password reset but I still can't log in.

A. Parents -Contact your child's school and ask for a new temporary password.
