This is the login page for registered helpdesk users to enter their username and password in order to sign in to the Jitbit ticketing system.
OR a user can also submit a support ticket without logging in if this feature is enabled by the helpdesk administrator.
In case you have lost your password use the "forgot password" link below the form, enter your email and reset your password.
If you have SAML-login or Google-login enabled in the admin panel, the page shows the corresponding buttons below the login form, so users can authenticate using an external service and redirected back to the help desk app.
