Use this page to reset your helpdesk account password. Simply enter your email and click "submit", the app will send you the instructions via email.
After receiving the message simply click the reset-password link, you will be taken to a page within the app where you can pick a new password.
If your account is set up to use two-factor authentication, you will be prompted to enter the code before sending the password-reset email. If you use the on-premise version of Jitbit Helpdesk and it is set up to work with Windows-integrated authentication, this page has no use.
